Its still going to the old admin e-mail specified.

It has been changed to the one that I want the emails to be sent to.
But the e-mails are still being sent to the old address.
Is there anywhere else I can change?

I noticed the archives.php in the above link you pasted is somewhat similar to an archives.php file in another theme I have (called “responsive”).
Is there any harm from just grabbing an archive.php from another theme?

I just did a search on “create archive.php” in codex, and there is no documentation on how to create this file.
I am a total newbie at word press. Could you tell me how to create archive.php or point me to a page that shows me how?
