    Dear Cj,

I actually sent messages since last month and called you many times. I’m on a shared hosting. You asked to upgrade my plan just so I can reach my error’s log and lately you asked to go for a higher plan. There is no guarantee after all + I don’t need a higher plan (deluxe) for a website like mine (I’m using less than 1GB as space…)
Anyway, you can reach my site here: https://www.espacefrancais.com/ and the last ticket number is 18295915.
Please note, that I don’t want to upgrade my hosting plan. My website was working fine for the last 7 years until last month. If upgrading the plan is your last solution, I’ll be simply move to another hosting company as I read in the WordPress’s forums and on the Internet that upgrading won’t resolve this 500 error issue.
    Thank you for your help.

    Thanks songdogtech!
Actually, I’ve been trying to find a solution with the Godaddy team from the beginning of March. They always gave vague answers and since the 500 error can be caused for many reasons, they are not helping me at all!
I’m not having this error all the time but it’s very annoying and It’s a loss for my website.
If it’s a well-knoww Godaddy issue, do you have any idea about it? What are the most common problems that webmasters are facing?
In GoDaddy forums, the support team give always the same “robotic” answers… This is if they replied…
BTW I installed today “W3 Total Cache”… I will see if it will help in any way.
