In reply to: [heatmap for Wordpress - Realtime analytics] Article Preview loading problemsHi,
Sorry to hear you have problems, we run ourselves several WordPress sites and we have no problems on article previews. Maybe there is a conflict with another plugin you use. What error(s) do you see?
Would you mind contacting our support via https://heatmap.it/account/support?reason=technical so we can further investigate with you?
Thanks,

In reply to: [heatmap for Wordpress - Realtime analytics] RolesHi Tony,
Thanks for contacting us!
At this point, our wordpress plugin does not support this feature, but this could be a good addition indeed. We’ll probably integrate it in the next release of our plugin!
Best regards,

In reply to: [heatmap for Wordpress - Realtime analytics] Enable record on all pagesHi gabberkopf,
Sorry for coming back to you so late. We relied on receiving notifications from www.remarpro.com, but it seems there are none.
With the free plan, you have to indeed toggle “Record” on every page you want to track, as you are limited in the number of tracked pages. With higher plans, the most important pages of your site are detected by our system and added automatically.
Inactive clicks are clicks that are done on elements that are not supposed to be clicked (links, buttons, javascript-enabled elements), but which have an id
Body clicks are like inactive clicks, but that are not done on an element with an id, so we can only attach to the body of the pageSorry again for the delay in our response, we’ll be more present on this forum moving forward!
