No, I haven’t. I did search their knowlegebase though and didn’t see anything referencing the issue. Given I don’t know what the precise trouble may be with the upgrade (and therefore not sure what to ask), I suspect they would tell me that they don’t trouble-shoot WP issues. Also my host is BlueHost and they are otherwise excellent at sorting out potential issues before they even land on my desk. I will try but I don’t expect this to get resolved through them.

My apologies, I have spent the better part of my day trying to troubleshoot this problem, which I have not particularly enjoyed either!

Password protecting my pages no longer works with 3.8 upgrade on a site with very few plugins activated. The only one that is activated is Akismet. The page simply says protected and does not provide field to enter in password and all content is visible.

Suggestions?

It is using Sunny Kids downloaded from Theme Forest. No not using child theme but thinking I will set up one.

I am using Sunny Kids theme on a test site with WordPress 3.5.2. The link to main sidebar that is working is https://pomba.ca/stage. It is the last widget area that is using BS TIny MCE.

I reversed the order of the widgets on our member test page to demonstrate what happens when the widget using your plugin is not last. When it is last, the page is not broken. That url is https://pomba.ca/stage/members-area

The html is nested between two p tags, no extra tags. Thanks!

I’m having a similar trouble using it in my theme. If it is not ordered as the last widget, it breaks the sidebar and puts what is the last widget in the footer and pushes down the main div body text down the page. Frustrating because otherwise it would be a great plugin. Any suggestions for fix?

Thanks for your replies. I’ve never had an issue with a premium template before (out of 2 or three I’ve tried). I just upgraded my wordpress tho. I installed it manually but the style sheet is not behaving as it should. It’s minor – it puts lines across the headline tags on new pages…I will have to investigate but still a pain. ??
