My webhosting company increased the memory, but it did not make any difference.
The suggested:
“We would recommend that you either contact the vendor of the plugin for assistance, or manually reduce the number of products. If you need to edit the database directly, you can do this through the phpMyAdmin section of the Control Panel of the account (https://cp.server291.com)”
which I have not done at this point as I would perfer to leave the number of products I have there.
Is anyone else having or had this problem in the past?
