Yep….I must’ve copied it wrong. I have it updated now. I have purchased the premium as well due to all of the awesome support you guys provide.
I updated it to that and my site got an error again using the Code Snippets plugin.
I believe that’s what i had and I’ve got the same issue. Still not showing the next post. Also the read more isn’t boxed but that is the look I was going for.
So this is probably beyond the scope of the free theme but putting that CSS in, it still doesn’t show it. I had to reactivate the PHP because it shows the author avatar at the beginning right under the title.
So I dont know what to change to bring back the previous/next function.
Yes….thats the one. I deactivated the code snippets I have and that makes the previous and next post appear now. But it also shows the category folder and I dont want that.
Oh I am using the newer theme though. Does that make a difference? No child theme is being used.
I’m not using any functions to turn it off that im aware of. I am not using GP premium currently. I am using some PHP to remove the categories from the home page. Maybe that is removing those?
My host company was able to insert the PHP snippet to put it into safe mode and it worked. Thank you for your help!
Well my hosting company advised that its a parsing error? So it can’t be deleted. They removed the plugin but when I reinstall and then activate it thorws the error again.
This is what I was advised: the plugin vendors should investigate that snippet-ops.php file and see what is the conflict there
I am not able to show the code because I’m not able to access the plugin anymore. It was code that I put in to add a next post button at the end of a post though. I got it from one of the snippets given on one of the topics here. I may not have copied the whole thing.
Title should read: is there a different code PLUGIN you recommend?
It used to work until I switched to this theme. I’m wondering if some of the speed options I chose with siteground has anything to do with it.
It is called team members. You add the team into the plugin and it gives a shortcode to add onto your page or post. Ive added it into the about us page but nothing is showing.
No. I still see it even after deleting my cache. I’m wondering if it’s my connection.
