I have the exact same problem, i.e., catalog images cropping to fit squares instead of resizing to resemble the book covers of the original. Anybody have the solution?

Thanks for the help! I tried the 1200 x 1200 for all categories and the resizer now seems to work.

I agree. Doesn’t work. I wish it did, but it does not.
