We have made a few changes since.

here is the latest error

(70007)The timeout specified has expired: AH01075: Error dispatching request to :, referrer........

*968 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream

cat timeout.conf
proxy_connect_timeout 600;
proxy_send_timeout 600;
proxy_read_timeout 600;
send_timeout 600;

just setting them to 1400 and going to try again, as its staying on 100% for a few minutes before producing the errors so assuming its copying time

but I have around 160GB free

this is so strange

As mentioned I have already checked my error logs and I don’t have any errors showing

max_execution_time = 0
memory_limit = 8000M
post_max_size = 8000M
upload_max_filesize = 8G

all php setting have been updated as far as I can tell, upload is currently set to 8G

Right, I have done some testing and found if I have

JS minify settings – combine or combine and minify

that’s what breaks the cart action.

I have added the file you mentioned to the exclude but still no luck, works ok if I have just “minify only” enabled

css combine and minify works ok

Thank you for getting back to me, Cloudflare is on one of my other sites, the site in question is https://libidolovers.co.uk

I have enabled it, removed all settings and saved each time, clearing cache.

so far the site is back up, i’ll try them all 1 by one (a biy slower this time) and ill get back to you.

just a quick message to let you know I have sorted it,

removed DPD, fixed royal mail (weight issue)
added DPD back in,
now all good.

so just have royal mail & dpd
