I’ve also jut noteiced this in one of my client sites. Plugin updated 5 hours ago to the latest release and now getting Fatal error with this plugin only (but the website still functions thankfully).

Thank you for getting back to me. I parked it and came back to it later with fresh eyes, and it was indeed an issue with the Siteground Optimizer plugin. Once I turned off “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” then it strated working. I’ll leave this here in case anyone else comes across this issue and cn’t find a resolution when searching like I did! ??
