I had a manual XAMPP Setup on my localhost
now I switched to WPlocal, here it seems to work as expected!
So no problem anymore imply Static plugin version 3.1.8.1

Hello, I also tried with several others wp php plugins. All are returning the same error. So this has nothing to do with the plugings. It must be something special within wordpress itself. Any idea? Regards hp
