Ok, I am trying to contact my host now.

So, basically, people are trying are tying a bunch of random usernames and passwords to try to access wordpress sites???

Ok, great. I think the shock and frustration made me miss that, lol.

I did a search for GoDaddy…the consensus seems to be that they are good for buying domain names, but not good for hosting because sites go down often (which I can say is true).

If changing hosting services means copying the files…does that mean that I have to copy every single image that I have? I have a lot of pictures on my site.

Ok. This is very frustrating…I was under the impression that GoDaddy was one of the better ones. Is it possible to change your host?

OK, I entered the dashboard…but now it is not working anymore. I clicked on something to delete it, but it would not delete, so I refreshed the page…now I am getting the “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” error again…and I am getting a similar error in Firefox, too.

I actually did try it in a different browser earlier today (Firefox), and it did not work.

However, I just tried it in both Firefox and Internet Explorer…and it WORKED!!!

This is very strange. Every once in a while, I will not be able to access the site for an hour or so, and then it will come back…no idea what is going on.

All I needed to do was ask for help, and then it decided to work, lol!

THanks for the response. Actually, now the website is fine. This has happened before, but today it took a bit longer for the website to return to normal. I still don’t understand what the problem is, though.

And now it is loading again…very strange.

I just emailed my host. I said that I have been experiencing some off/on load problems recently. I guess it is an external problem, and that the problem is not with my site.

Hopefully it will be ok for now…

Now it’s fixed…it’s a miracle, lol. I did activate / deactivate the wordpress mobible plugin, then logged in / out of wp-admin several times, closed the browser, and restarted the computer…

I forgot to mention:

Yesterday I was in the header.php file, and I added some code to put social media icons into my header. I just did some reading online, and supposedly this can affect the mobile view of your site. Could that have something to do with it?
