Well, I don’t know what is happening here..

I had tried for 24hrs, on both a PC & a mobile devices using 3 different email address & it was exactly like I originally said.

I tried after you did your test & post & it worked fine like you said.. & I had changed nothing..

But guess what, I deleted your account & post from the forum last night, I have tried again this morning, again using 3 different email address, 1 different from the other 3 yesterday, & now it doesn’t work again… but not the same problem..

Now after registration & getting the email link, which now has no Red or Blue edged boxes, when you click the link you just get a regular login page which you can’t you as have no password, so click the reset password option. Get the reset link, click that & do password (enter & confirm reenter), click reset & should be fine, except when you then try to log in with new reset password.. it refuses saying login doesn’t match the password!!..

Now please note.. NO settings have been changed since before I sent the original post, & it only seems to have worked when you did your test & had an account, & now it is failing again but in a different way..

Also, when I do actually log in with the functional account, instead of going to the forums main page like normal, I get a “404 – Page Not Found” message until I click the Forums link at the top, then it open the Forums main page.

Regarding the child theme, I know Nothing about this kinda stuff & I am sure I would blow the net up if I started making themes & slicing out code without someones instruction..

I had a bit more of a play.. I have managed to get the result I wanted, but the instructions just don’t follow for 2015, but it Does work..

Thanks for the link, I gave it a try but I don’t think it’s suitable for 2015, seems to be for 2014 in the instructions.. but they didn’t apply to 2015..

I appreciate your helping though..

& also to remove the white lines around images & pictures..

Thanks for the advise.. Thing is I am running prof & the menu has been fine for the past 4 monthes..

I have been up all night working on this & sorted some of the problems, but still lots of issues..

Now it’s gone on the fritz.. all the pages are still there, but only a couple are visable from the home page & the drop downs don’t work.

So out Shop, Links, History, Gallery etc pages are saved & showing up if you know the link & go to it, but they are not showing on teh home pages main bar. All the pages are saved & say they are visable to the public & the parent links are all there???

The theme is WEN Corporate

& wordpress version is 4.5.3
