WSDesk Agent will be having access only to WSDesk Ticket page and report page in the backend.
For WSDesk Supervisor you can restrict the access to WSDesk Settings, EMail, Import page also.Forum: Plugins

Please check the following points.
-Have you configured Support Reply Email in WSDesk -> EMail page? Refer the documentation for reference. https://wsdesk.com/documentation/#email
-As we are using wp-email for sending emails, Please check whether your WordPress is able to send emails. An easy test could be to create a new user to check new user registration email is send.
-Please let us know your PHP version.

Please share a screenshot for us to understand and resolve the issue quickly. Ideally, if the ticket is assigned to the agent. Report view and Agent view will have the number of replies handled by the same agent.

Did you assign the ticket to the agent? This issue will happen if you are replying with out assigning the ticket to the agent.

Currently, custom order meta details are not supported by WooCommerce inbuilt REST API.
This is an interesting feature, We will analyse the feasibility and add it to the desired feature list.
