Will you confirm that at least one email address in the Trusona app matches your email address in your WordPress site account? The emails have to match exactly including upper-case and lower-case characters.

Hello @trcdank, at the moment, shortcode functionality is not available with the Trusona WP plugin.

It is possible that we will provide the ability in a future version, but that is not under active development at this time.

Hello @spakwichek – the plugin is supported on WP 6.0 but not with a custom login page. (We are yet to put out a release confirming WP6 support.)

Will you confirm if the buddyboss theme that you mention uses the default login page or a custom page?

Yes, we currently only support WordPress and none of its variants; however, there is nothing that should prevent this plugin from working on those variants if they use the same core WP APIs and plugin framework.

Hello! The two lines in the logout hook have not changed since the plugin’s implementation. It is also the only logout hook in the plugin.

Would you give us the list of plugins installed on your end so that we can try to replicate your setup?

Hello there! There are no updates yet to the plugin because on a new install of PHP 7.2.16 and WordPress 5.1.1 with the latest plugin, we do not see any behaviour that is not expected on logout.

What is the list of plugins you have installed on your setup? We would like to replicate your setup fully.

Also, you can examine the plugin logout hook too and note that the redirect that we are doing is via a WordPress function that is required after the authorization cookie is cleared.

Disabling classic login was a part of our latest update that is now live.

It is off by default but just make sure your plugin is up-to-date and turn on Trusona-only login (via Settings link). With username and password disabled, your WP site is more secure than ever!!
