In reply to: How to add access keys to wp_nav_menuThanks for letting me know.
I think access key S is standard for skip to content however so what is the recommended way to handle this in a WPORG theme?
If access keys are banned – how is this handled? Is it simply up to the screen reader?
Thanks for your insight.

In reply to: How to add access keys to wp_nav_menuThank you so much for this – works a treat.
One thing I added that others may be interested in is the skip to content access key.
Just need to add conventional html access key into the screen reader link in the theme before the menu call.
ie
<a class="screen-reader-text skip-link" href="#content" accesskey="s" title="<?php esc_attr_e( 'Skip to content', 'twentythirteen' ); ?>"><?php _e( 'Skip to content', 'twentythirteen' ); ?></a>
