Hi,

That’s strange it seems to be loading the JavaScript and changing the image tags but it is not scaling the images down like it does in the video.

Is there something I need to do? I notice that my dashboard is not the same as the images in the screenshots, has it been redesigned? I did read that I have to add my url to the dashboard but I cannot find where this needs to be done.

Hi Fabian,

I spoke to the hosting company and it turned out that PHP was being handled by Nginx which was breaking Apache and so not using the .htaccess files. Once it was reverted back it fixed the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me, sorry I just saw a few other people are having similar problems.

I am not running any caching plugins but I do have Nginx running on the server. I have tried disabling it but it has not made any difference.

Is there anything else I should try?
