Guys, I am having this same issue. Tried the deactivate/reactivate trick but nothing has changed, still unable to access the back end interface. What to do? :'(

Hey JWinNC, not sure if you’ve figured this out already now that it’s been 8 months after your original question. Anyway, the value of pauseTime should be in milliseconds. e.g. 5000 = 5 seconds. So shortcode becomes:

[jj-ngg-jquery-slider gallery=”1″ pauseTime=”5000″]

I had a similar issue a few days ago with a WordPress site I just set up.
Strangely for some reason the WordPress installation wasn’t “complete” so it couldn’t take me to the Dashboard after signing in. I simply deleted (dropped) the database, and reinstalled WordPress from the beginning and everything worked as it should.

Maybe try that and see what you get. Let us know..

This was actually just some “fancy” feature I wanted on the website I’m working on, and since I didn’t have that extra time to try to figure it out, I just went along and forgot about it. HOWEVER, I would love to know if anyone could figure out how to do it.
