the frontend isn’t working completely, the menu dropdowns don’t show up anymore

I replaced the files under wp-includes.

I made a quick video of my screen! Is it possible that only Me as the editor has the problem of horizontal scroll?

I removed the ads at the bottom of the page but in my browser the problem is still there.
Do you have any other ideas?
