Thank you for the answer.
I would like to clarify that my blog’s paginated pages are showing up in Google. But you have mentioned that paginated series canonicalize itself.
Then why these paginated pages are showing up in Google.
Here’s the link to my blog for you to further examine the issue. And you can search in Google by typing the domain name or simply the brand ‘laffaz’ to witness that mutiple paginated pages example: /156 are showing in sitelinks.

You just need to copy and paste your MailChimp API key in the form action slot and it will work.

Its been three days now and I have got no response from any developer yet. What kind of support is that?

I’m getting a lot of pleasure in answering my own question.

After deactivating and activating all plugins and the current theme the problem got resolved.

Is there no one that can help me with this. I thought it would be easy for the developers.

Okay now I have found something which is pretty close to what I want.
I have got the code as follows:

But I don’t know how to use the above code. Where exactly should I place my div id in this code…?
