I wanted to share an important update with you. Our main goal in pushing Hydra is to provide more booking options for CF7 users (while also catering to non-CF7 users). However, we want to assure you that this transition is not about making a few extra bucks from our existing UACF7 Pro users who have already invested in our plugin with the expectation of ongoing updates.
To show our appreciation, all existing UACF7 Pro users will receive “Hydra Pro” as a complimentary upgrade. We will be sending out an email soon with details on how to claim it, including for you.
If you’d like to access it now, simply open a ticket through our support system, and we’ll be more than happy to provide it. We’d love for you to use it and share your feedback so we can continue improving it for our valued users like yourself.

Do you mean the checkbox isn’t working at all or just not functioning within our “conditional tag”? If it’s the first case, I recommend posting it on the “Contact Form 7“ support thread. However, if the issue occurs within the conditional tag, we can investigate to see if it’s happening on our end.

In the latest version of Ultimate Addons, it is no longer located within the CF7 menu. Instead, you’ll find it as a separate menu right below “Contact Form 7”, named “Ultimate Addons”. Please let me know if that’s the case.

There is a massive student protest ongoing within the country, and the government has shut down the internet for the past four days. That is possibly why they are not responding to any queries and possibly site being down. You can check the situation on YouTube if you want more information.
