IPhone 7 supports speechSynthis API. Here you can see browser support for speechSynthesis. But no support for iPhone 4. If you don’t understand please talk with your developer. He will be able to understand why it doesn’t support iPhone 4

I also checked on iPhone 10 it works perfectly

We’ve tested your site and we found the reason why button is not working on mobile and desktop

The play button is disabled. If the user is not logged in That is why it is not working. 

here you can see

But when a user is logged in it’s working on desktop and mobile phone. You can see. another one

we’ve tested on desktop chrome browser and mobile chrome browser

mobile : Samsung A12

desktop : windows 10

We register to your site  and tested it working fine

We used here browser API speechSynthesis so, It depends on browser. Chrome browser ( Desktop ) support 22 language. Mobile version support 7 languages.
Microsoft edge ( mobile and desktop ) support all languages.

Firefox mobile and desktop support 4 languages.

Note : We already mentioned in the plugin description about browser support.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Since “Chromium” theme is a paid theme, we didn’t being able to test with it.

We install the WPML and checked after installing this plugin but there is no problem with it.

So, what’s the solution. We’ve to test on your live site. that’s why we need a staging site to further test. Please open a ticket here

We’re sorry for the issue.

This plugin is built on browser API speechSynthesis. So it changes based on browser.

The solution for this problem is using a premium API. Which will be applied to pro version.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We just released a new version of the plugin 1.3.4 to fix the issue.
And you have to enable an option from settings.

Got to “Settings” menu of the plugin and enable “Show button on Single page” option
