I had installed the non-beta first – yes.

When I do as you suggest above, there is an error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: switchEditors is not defined

Found the problem:

There is a new setting for WPPA on –> II – B – 21.91 –> Show Facebook Comment Box

When this is enabled, the issue I described appears, and when it is disabled, the issue goes away.

quick note: i removed all descriptions (which contained the cart info) just to at least enable the images again. and i notice that the integration with Facebook looks different…I’ll look into this aspect on my end and see if I have conflicting plugins. Do you know if there were any recent changes to the way wppa works with the sharing on Facebook?

I guess I can try. The wp_cart hasn’t been updated in a very long time, and I haven’t changed the descriptions on any of the images. Which is why I thought it might be wppa which had introduced something new.

Hmmm…that’s very curious asI don’t have any quotes or single quotes in the actual description of the photo. here is a paste directly from the admin panel:

AND based upon that, I got it to work! here is what i did:

previously, i had used the edit widget on new post/page to insert the appropriate wpaa script. however, if i manually put in the newstyle shortcode instead, the foreign code is processed appropriately.

I’ll leave this as flagged not-resolved so that it shows up on your desk and once you respond that you’ve seen it, i’ll mark as resolved. Hope this helps! BY THE WAY: i love your plugin.

AHA:

– it works when i access an album directly
– it doesn’t work when I access the album through a virtual album: i.e. search tagword
