It seems that the v2.js file – responsible for rendering the forms – at your website has a different content than https://js.hsforms.net/forms/v2.js due to your cache solution, which outputs the error:
Uncaught SyntaxError: unterminated regular expression literal v2.js:1:533145
Since your cache solution only take the route for you live app, that is the reason why it works while logged at your wp admim page.

Also at the empty email that you receive there should be the page which the form was submitted, this information is also empty?

Contact Property
associate with.Do you have other forms being used with this same behavior?

Hi @purvabathe , This error should not impact the form rendering – we are working to get this error removed.
After you either added the shortcode or used the Gutenberg editor. Do the form render as expected?
