In reply to: [WooCommerce] Comment count showing zero when reviews are thereFunnily enough, my issue is sort an inverted version of yours @rokeyfx. There is no problem when leaving a review on the front end, it’s when I leave a review from admin that the count goes to zero.
Everything else pans out the same though.

I don’t see any problems with the theme or plugins but I have refined the issue a little. Turns out that if I enter a review from the front end, it registers correctly but if I add a review/comment through admin (as I did before for external reviews), this is when the count doesn’t register, even when the review can be seen in the tab.So even though the problem still exists since the new update last week, I, at least, do have a work around by adding a review from the front end and then adding any links I need in admin by editing.
Hopefully the problem may rectify itself in future updates.

So that looks to have done the trick. I think the crucial difference was to “uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders.” as it was ticked the first time I imported.

I don’t think the code is the issue as I see the video fine.
Here’s the code which shows 1 video that should be seen in Latvia and 1 in the US. It works fine for me in Latvia and the guy in the US said he just sees a black space where the video should be.
Am I missing something:

If you take away the linked products, you’ll see the description shows again but when you add a product, it then shows the description from that page, which I imagine, if you set-up like me, you have nothing there.
Anyway, I’m waiting to hear back from their support about it and I imagine they’ll have to make another update to fix it.

Actually, now I have re-activated, everything appears to be working correctly. And I think I may have found the issue on the other site and will check everything there in the coming days.
Hopefully, we can consider this solved now.
