I dont think my firm is willing to pay or they would’ve got someone to design it before now.

I’m at a loss at the moment. I inherited this site when i started to work here and although i took over it was set up by my predecessor. so i’ve never initially set one up before.

Can I ask if i did do as you did ‘Coolpenguin’ how do i start up and link to our domain?

Well everything you said to do i’ve done and still nothing works.

How do i install the plugins etc if i cannot access the dashboard?

I know you may think i’m silly but when you say reinstall from a clean source, what do you mean. I’ve downloaded the themes and plugins we need from wordpress , do I just drag the theme and plugins folders on FTP over into their relevant folders? what do I do next and how?
