Ok, I understand now thank you. But do you know any sites like WordPress that give a free ‘.com’ domain?

I have wordpress.com but you can’t have plugins so that’s exactly why I want a www.remarpro.com site, but are there any free hosting services? And just to make sure, do I need a domain first before I get it hosted?
