Dear Ivole, unfortunately this is not the case in Germany. It is not sufficient to only update the terms and conditions. In Germany there are already judical decisions and online shops already got sued. Is there any chance to integrate a checkbox (as seen in other plugins). That would make the plugin safe and everything much easier. thx in advance – Harald
