On my provider side is everything fine they say. It looks like, that the Contact Form 7 google recaptcha is making problems. If I remove the integration, then the forms are sending the e-mails out

In admin panel I needed to tick site attribute as Public.

I’m looking for a different answer. How can it be that Google Webmaster-Tools (GWMT) reports different settings compared to my robots.txt?

One more info; I’m using baylys theme from elmastudio

Thanks for the pointer. Couldn’t find such a file. I removed W3 Total Cache and re-installed it again. Now it works but not as network install.
