In reply to: [Options for Twenty Seventeen] Nice plugin, but some options don’t workSome of the features stated really did not work for me at that time. It is just that the author of the plugin reacted in such a histerical way. He said I was moaning about nothing and I was a liar, and reported issues that didn’t exist and so forth.
Can we please close this issue now?But where CAN we talk or ask about this then? That is not a strange or unreasonable question I think. Give me an alterative. Now we have a new plugin where we cannot talk about? And why can’t we talk about this here? Because it’s a paid plugin perhaps? You could explain that. Now I really don’t understand.

@oliver
instead of writing: ‘we are not allowed to talk about the premium plugin in this forum’, you could give us a clue or hint where we CAN talk about this. I have really searches and found nothingI tried that and it didn’t work last week. At first there was no pop-up at all, only a standard message in the customizer you had to upgrade. I was not the only one who got the impression they had moved al features to a new plugin. This week I got it finaly working again.
It was at first just very unclear what had happened, and al functionalities had dissapeared which screwed up my website for 1 week.. It was just very poor communicated from Webd, and the message they are not allowed to talk is ofcourse totally ridiculous. Tell us where we can find the answer! Not allowed to talk? Are we back in communist Russia again? You complicated the update of this plugin, all features have disappeared, no answer whatso-ever?
GIVE AT LEAST PROPPER INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. This is really ridiculous.
And why on earth do I have to install 2 plugins for 1 plugin to function? Madness- This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by hansbeen.
All features I want are now moved to a new ‘premium plugin’ . So after 3 months since I bought I have to buy the plugin again?

In reply to: [Options for Twenty Seventeen] Nice plugin, but some options don’t work@olivier Campion
You yourself is the one behaving really ridiculous. The post was originally reporting perceived issues that did not exist and should have been a support request
You are having issues that do not exist? Is that the way to talk to a customer?
You wrote me an email with this in it:
It is a shame that you have used this review to highlight support requests rather than use the support forum where we could have easily sorted your issues.
And now you have reduced the review further to a three star rating in an attempt to hold us to ransom.
And you reported my review? I am holding you ransom?
LOL
This is really hillarious!
It can’t get any crazier then this. Have you ever in your life looked at the reviews in the apple app-store for some apps? Full of reviews like mine.
Couldn’t it be really possible that someone doesn’t like your pluggin because they think it’s not worth the money? You should follow a course “how do I deal with critique” and shame yourself :-).

In reply to: [Options for Twenty Seventeen] Nice plugin, but some options don’t workI wasn’t posting it as a support question, I was just saying that some functions on the plugin don’t work for me as a review :-). I changed it. Are you happy now? If I knew another way to get a 3 colum footer I would ask my money back. Is that an option?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Recaptcha Version 3Same over here, spam pouring in
Well, I really don’t know, but since I removed the plugin and implemented the https-adres manually the load time was cut down to half the time, from 0.9 to 0,4 sec in the Pingdom test. My load time on https is now faster then the former http load time, so how can that be?
The plugin does a good job, but doing it manually was actually very easy to do when I found out how to do it. You have to invest a little time, but thats all.- This reply was modified 6 years, 4 months ago by hansbeen.
Thanx for the answer, but from 0,5 to 1 sec, you can hardly call that “a bit”. Enabling the .htaccess redirect option seems to cause only a very small improvement
