I have the same problem. New members doesn’t show up, and I can’t reorder them. Latest version of both WordPress and Our Team.

Try putting it in wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/languages. That worked for me.

Actually, something has happened – I see *protected email*, but I can’t even click on that text to make a new email. It’s just text. On the rest of my pages, it is a link.

So you really think clicking on the text you want to edit is difficult?

I think I have found the solution myself just now.

For anyone who might be having the same problem: I added more WP roles with the plugin User Role Editor, and in Ultimate Member I could link my roles there to the new WP roles. I haven’t tested it yet, but it should work.
