In the order details I see that we had to pay payment fees for the failed transaction. Seems strange to me. Is that correct?

Es war anscheinend eine Verkettung verschiedenster Konflikte:
Woocommerce + Germanized + WP GLOBUS macht, dass die Sprache auf Englisch gestellt wird.
Unser Theme will die Versandarten nicht in der Kasse anzeigen.

Durchs Abschalten aller anderen Plugins und Verwendung von Storefront bin ich drauf gekommen, Danke für deinen Support. da war ich vorher nicht gründlich vorgegangen.

I checked and found out that it is a conflict with another plugin.
Nevermind.

QUICK FIX
I deactivated all plugins, then activated Woocommerce first. After that I activated only the most essential plugins that keep my site running.
So far it works.

Will update all other plugins one by one and see what happens.

@mathewborja how annoying! good to hear that we all have the same problem. then hopefully it will be solved quickly.

I tried everything:
disabled other plugins, activated another theme, updated wpglobus. Sadly without success.
Do you have any other ideas?
