Very interesting… I have found this in my webserver logfile:

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000

I increased max_input_var in my php.ini and now all works correctly… ??

same problem here ?? i can’t check some functions… after save the settings are not checked… ?? i use wordpress 4.0.1
