Same with me: I can add the fonts, but they do not appear in any typography menu. As @hartsook says: they seem to be here, but are not selectable or usable on the site. Interestingly, I am able to use the fonts that I added a few weeks ago perfectly fine. Deactivating the plugins does not help. Neither does resetting the global font styles and adding the fonts again.
