I have this problem as well (and I’m not using Stripe). If I deactivate Disable WooCommerce Bloat the status box is back to it’s pre-5.7.0 normal, but if I reactivate it, it goes back to the Setup issue.
I think this might be due to the ‘fix’ being put into wc-admin, as per Github notes. https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/pull/7698

Just uploaded the new version – hours are correct in the admin area, but are still wrong on the ‘ready for pickup’ email and on the “Collection Instructions” of the order complete page.

Thanks – have done that. The cron job creates, but the index doesn’t seem to rebuild – there just seems to be a new cron job that gets created every 5 mins or so.
