Got it… Plugin for Protect Media makes some mess with this Plugin,,, I deactivated it and everything is alright

Try with some other format..
Open your image in Paint and save it difrent
Maybe it will work

Go to edit Page – at the right side yuo have Page attributes and Template option, just click on Fullwidth page

Your Header pictures height is 210px,, did you try to change picture size?
