I have the same issue. Updated Woocommerce and Cusrev today, all newest versions, now in checkout and order emails I get the “additional information” with consent set to “no” like everyone else. It’s messing up my emails too. I use Woodmart theme and WPML. Maybe downgrading Cusrev / Woocomerce could fix it, has anyone tried?
Hi, it’s
WoodmartVersion: 7.2.1 By?XTemos
@aahulsebos the setup I showed in the screenshots did not work when I tested it in the preview. So I tried something else, I added a condition to my custom event ecommerce trigger = fire on cookie statistics contains allowed. Before it was firing on all events. Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/f6hXSr.jpg
This seems to have worked as in the preview it was acting as expected! I don’t know why the other setup did not work (custom event “denied statistics”).
BUT I’m wondering if I set up GTM4WP correctly. I have read the instructions. Please let me know if the below is correct:
- I have enabled integration for GTM4WP
- In wizard “GTM fires script”
- GTM4WP Container code ON/OFF = “ON” (should this be turned off instead?)
@aahulsebos I added the demo content to my container. I made a custom event trigger “denied statistics” using the imported Cookie – Statistics variable and set it to contains=deny.
Then I added an exception to my GA4 Ecommerce tag.
In the preview the consent is set to deny on the website but the ecommerce hits are still fired, it sents hits for view_item, add to cart etc. Other tags are not firing. I must be doing something wrong here?

By the way I use GTM4WP plugin so I’m not sure if maybe I missed some step to setup the plugin, however I did follow the instructions and added custom event triggers for the categories.

Hello @kimvdijk thank you for the fast reply. I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear enough but my question is about Google Tag Manager.
I’m having an issue setting up ecommerce tracking in Google Tag Manager. The tag I created for ecommerce events is always firing even without consent.
The article you linked is not really related to the issue
Here is my problem:
Plugin GTM4WP is used. In addition I added code to trigger tag manager only on consent.
GA4 Configuration tag is fired by cmplz_event_statistics
GA4 event tag is triggered by custom event including ecommerce variables.
What happens is that in this set up, the GA4 Config tag is not firing without consent, but the GA4 Event tag is.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Three] Set minimum page height@zoonini Indeed I am talking about Twenty twenty three theme.
Please view the site here:
It looks to me like there is no minimum page height, you can see this on pages with little content.
The footer is at different position on each page.I did html {height: 100%;} and this helped a bit. The site has a gradient background that used to get cut off depending on amount of content on the page. Now it‘s seamless.
In FSE I made a page and footer template with plenty of padding but it doesn‘t help much with the footer position. I worked with premium themes before where the footer has a more consistent position across all pages and that‘s what I‘m missing here.
I‘d appreciate any suggestions! Thanks.
@chopperstwisted Just a suggestion you could make a new CSV of the affected reviews and set all names as first name or anonymous for example. Then delete the reviews and upload your fixed CSV to replace them. This might be faster.
@supportadtribes I sent an email to support regarding my question
@cusrev Link to aggregated form with problem
https://url.dev/gAaRybv/The reviewer picked only first name but on the review (here: https://url.dev/m/t6v5wpg/ ) it was full name – please note later it was manually edited by admin to “First name + First letter of last name”.
I hope this information is sufficient. Maybe because it was manually edited, that’s why it is not changing from the update.
There a couple other cases like this where we manually fixed the reviewer names for privacy. Also, many chose to display the full name intentionally so that does not count. Anyways I’m glad it is fixed for future reviews.@cusrev where can I find the link to an aggregated review form with a problem? As far as I know there is no form (like a custom post type) in WP. I can see the form only in the plugin settings. Or do you mean the link from the “review” button in the email sent to the customer?
Hi @cusrev thank you for the update, I can confirm the different name options work for new reviews made after the update: Anonymous, first name etc. Thank you for your help!
Similar to @chopperstwisted the old reviews – made before update – via CR local stay the same (full name)
PLugin is Version: 5.8.1

@chopperstwisted Hi as far as I can see the issue is still there, reviewer names are fully displayed
@cusrevsupport9 Kindly let me know if you could replicate the issue or what else I can do to fix it / further investigate it. I did test this without plugins and on default theme and it always shows full name.
@cusrevsupport9 I deactivated all WPML plugins and tested this with only Cusrev, Woocommerce and Storefront theme (and Mail SMTP plugin…) and the issue persists. Even picking just the first name or any of the other options does not work, it always shows the full customer name (first+last name) in the review. Is there any setting in WP that may override this, since customer names are kind of like usernames, and reviews are basically commennts? Just a thought.
Any ideas how to proceed?@cusrevsupport9 Update: I did a test on minimal setup (storefront theme, Woocommerce, WPML, cusrev) and the anonymous option does not work for me.

(I have censored the name obviously)
Anonymous option was chosen.
Do you have an idea what could most likely interfere with the name display?
I’ll do a test on a minimal setup and update here later.
