In reply to: [WordPress Importer] schedule exportsThanks Alvaro, I am exploring WP AllExport Pro and WP Imp Exp Pro as they appear to be able to provide this however, the more I explore this the more I realise it isn’t straight-forward for a layman like me. I’m making progress though and hoping I will find a solution this way rather than having to pay a developer. Thanks again, Andrew

In reply to: [WooCommerce] XML FeedThanks Andrew, principly that is what I’m looking for however, that maps fields against Google Merchant Centre. I need a custom mapping to map against the spec of another advertising portal. I don’t know how this works but they did send me a spec sheet with code for the fields and I guess maybe their order and structure. This may be something only a coder could do but I was hoping their might be a plugin that could do it. On this occassion they have agreed to do it manually for me. However, it would be useful to know if this is possible as its now the second portal that has asked me for this.
Hi Peter
Yes I am on shared hosting
I tried sending the diagnostics report but got an error popup saying “There was an error while sending the email.” I used hampalm1 as the username was that correct ? Is there anything else I could have done wrong ?
Kind regards
Andrew

In reply to: [WooCommerce] API IntegrationThank you Saif
I am a complete layman but I’m not sure we are talking about the same thing. My partner has added an api to their site for me to connect to which ensure any changes they make to holiday rentals that i list on my site are automatically updated on my site as well e.g. pricing and availability. I dont know if that means they push changes or i call them when I look at a calendar which gives prices. I’m starting to think this is just going to be too complex for me but any input is appreciated. Thanks, Andrew

In reply to: [WooCommerce] API IntegrationThank you so much for the advice but I am not a coder and have to find a way to do this for free. I dont suppose there any guide that can guide me through copying and pasting code required to achieve this is there ?
Kind regards, Andrew
Thanks Xolite

I seem to have generated a new problem now. when the user registers and clicks the verification link they get an error message “You need to become a paying customer in order to activate your account.”
I’ve tried every combination of settings I can think of but can’t break through this. Any ideas ?
Kind regards
AndrewThanks Zohaib
Where are these options is this in the ’email verification for woocommerce’ plugin ?
Kind regards
Andrew
Thank you Zohaib
My theme’s author managed to fix this. However, the welcome email with login url comes first and doesnt work as it wont work before clicking on the email verification link in the second email. I’d like to either change the order of these emails or just completely disable the welcome email as its a bit redundant anyway seeing as the login link is on the website. Is that possible ?
Regards
Andrew
