To rule out DNS issues: Yes, we saw this issue on new laptops/mobiles also (andriod, iphone both).
We also received complains from customers about this issue.

Please following following steps, it will be better if you can also check on mobile as mostly terrafic from mobile (but I can replicate issue now on laptop/mobiles both even after clearing cache today).

1: visit the page https://staging-schmarr.temp513.kinsta.cloud/mitch-orval and add multiple products to cart from bottom of page where it shows 3 black button/links like BUY TRAINING, Buy Mindset/NUTRITION, Buy Package etc.
You can add multiple products easily from shop page also https://staging-schmarr.temp513.kinsta.cloud/shop/

2: Then start removing products from cart, you will note issue when you will remove last products from cart. Sometime it automatically add another product (mostly which was the 1st one in cart) automatically to cart again when trying to remove last product from cart.
It also randomly add products to cart page as well.

3: Please try from mobile, better if you visit site once to add multiple products from https://staging-schmarr.temp513.kinsta.cloud/shop/ page easily and then re-visit site.
For the customers, it even added automatically multiple quantity of products in cart also ( to reduce the severity of bug, on LIVE we have restricted 1 quantity of each product in cart via default functionality of woocommerce by editing product inventory tab by enabling sold individually option like Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order.

Please watch video around at 1:55 when there is last product in cart and it added another product automatically in cart when trying to remove that last product.
