Ofcourse it is possible. What is the social network of users, without users right ??
But HaloSocial is a plugin that extends WordPress, and if you don’t allow your users to register on your WordPress site, then HaloSocial won’t allow it either.

To make this happen, go to WordPress backend, and from the sidebar click on the “Settings -> General”
Once on that page, thick the “Anyone can register” checkbox.

As discussed at the support on our forum, you had to increase the memory_limit directive in php.ini to meet system requirements specifications.
