I reccomend you to upgrade to V3 where this problem is fixed.

UTM Grabber is a cookie based solution. All the UTMs are captured on page load (first) then they are passed seemlessly to all the other pages. You do not need to use “Append UTM” unless you are taking people to another domain. What is the ultimate goal of this? You want to capture UTMs on form submit like Gravity Form etc?

Are you utilizing “Append UTM” feature in UTM Grabber for adding UTMs to the learn more button?

Try upgrading to the paid version to get around that. Unfortunately, Free version has a known issue with some caching providers.

Also please share the URL, I can see if it is something else.

Please share the domain fields of the cookies as well. Each cookie should be on seperate domain (maybe subdomain etc)

In some hostings, this is observed as the plugin does not capture the domain accurately.

You can upgrade to V3 and lock the domain to your root domain for quick fix.

We’ve released version 2.7.30.

One major difference from what I mentioned earlier: the default setting is still httpOnly = false. This should only be toggled ON if the user agrees to potentially lose some tracking data due to server-side tracking enforcement.

The free version has a known issue with caching sites because it does not utilize client-side tracking. Consider upgrading to the paid version to resolve this issue.

Are you using HandL UTM Grabber V2 (this version) or premium?

You are most likely using this version but seen a video / or docs for V3. In free version, you need to create the hidden fields manually. See here for V2 https://docs.utmgrabber.com/books/contact-form-7-integration/page/contact-form-7-utm-tracking-video-tutorial

If you are using the free version, this is right fix. But if you are on V3, you did not have to add the query args as exlucsions. It should have worked out of the box. Let me know please.
