I’m having this same problem with the Hello Elementor theme.

Hello,

The same thing happens to me when I export in .csv.

1. Some fields are not located correctly,
2. The initial field that imports “date and time” automatically, includes a comma in the date and that means that when you want to go from text to columns, an additional column is created that damages the order and location of the others.
3. Some fields that are text are not marked with quotes and therefore the tool does not format them correctly.
4. The field which is a box for long text, known as “text area”, when the user enters text with line separation and when I export this, the text is not saved in quotes completely, so it is divided into two fields or two columns.

I tried to detect the origin of the problem, applying the general recommendations:

• I cleared all cache possibilities. From the Litespeed cache and autoptimize plugin, from the server, I deleted the files.
• I disabled all other plugins. Only Projectopia remained active.
• I changed the theme.
• I changed the Php version to 7.4, to 8.0 to 8.1
• I accessed from different browsers: chrome, firefox, operates in normal mode and incognito its latest version
• I tried from the cell phone in PC mode

My working environment is Windows 11, screen resolution 2560 x 1440.

The cpanel is on php 8.1 with MariaDB

Still the same. I really don’t know what else to do.

Now i can install and active this plugin but i have a problem… i use Userpro plugin and when i active the addon inactive logout Pro don’t work when i try log in throught shortcode of userpro.

Now the settings tab appear to me, but don’t work.

Now the megamenu show in “Relative setting” i need that use “Default Setting” to appear since initial menu so it works on smaller screens. Example: 1280 width pixel screens.

How can I do this?

But… Now some functions don’t work.

1. I can create a new map, but don’t can i save. The save function no work.

2. The icon of “Star” dont’ work.

3. The icon of “Link of page” don’t work.

4. Request: Can you change the “System key” for “Control Key” or “Alt Key” or “Shift key” for delete branch y others functions. My keyboard don’t have the “System key” in the keyboard. Please.
