I found h1-h7 in style.css but thats all

I searched and i saw on youtube that there are 2 meanings of h1

there is h1 in header
and there is h1 in post (bold and big words)

1)I tried few “user reviews” plugins before i advertise site in public, just to see how it gonna look but i really didnt like it.All these star ratings 1-5 etc like am making big review.I think its better to stay like this because its simple and i really dont want too much different colours.

2)I dont know what you mean because in navigation bar are all categories and every category have different posts.

there is no some plugin for that? because am total noob for add code ??
