Hi Angelo, I have tried repeatedly to get the premium support I have paid for and you promise as part of the incentive to upgrade. I keep asking for help with this on the Pro forums.
Please help as custom booking forms were the primary reason I upgraded and I will be asking for a refund if you are not able to support me with these.
I really like the plugin and I’m sure others may be interested in whether the upgrade is worth it or not.
Thank you. I mentioned that I have already done this. The Pro support has not been forthcoming unfortunately. It doesn’t reflect well on the product, which otherwise I am very happy with.

Is anyone at Pixelite responding to threads?
Thank you for your patience and great support. I really appreciate the advice on the php edit.
After going through the process of deactivating plugins and changing themes, I realised and promptly slapped my head…
I hadn’t set user capabilities to allow for editing of events and recurring events!
I’m currently trying to persuade the venue to pay for the Pro licence so we can edit the booking forms and export events. Your support will help with the sell on that. Thanks again.
I spoke too soon! The page displays but the processing of the form doesn’t happen. The success message doesn’t appear and no form content is passed to the backend.
I have tried adding a new page and updating the settings so it points to that, but no luck.Also, cleared the cache and tried different browsers.
Fantastic! Thank you. That worked and scanning the code, looks like a permanent fix.
I thought I had this fixed. However, a theme (and other) updates have set back my page to unauthorised access:
https://kph.naturallylewes.co.uk/book-the-hall/Is there any way to avoid this happening?
Thank you – that worked. It seemed to play nicely with creating a new page after setting the anonymous submissions option.
Thanks for your reply. I’m not trying to edit an event but display a page where anonymous users can view the form to create and submit events.
Hi Nastia,
Thanks for your reply and the screenshots. I have resolved my issue and your response made me realise I was overthinking it!My custom post type used a template that called in it’s own sidebar. (In my functions.php it’s called sidebar-projects). This sidebar had a few custom queries pulling in related content. I wanted to be able to use this sidebar?to either display the queries or be replaceable. After making sure I checked the box to allow this sidebar to be replaced, I put some conditional code in my template:
<?php if ( dynamic_sidebar('sidebar-projects') ) { return; } else ?> // other code here
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Image Gallery - Responsive Photo Gallery] New Type Lightbox Style 3Thanks for the excellent personal support on this. The developers fixed it by editing the lightbox.js on my site, but for anyone else wanting a quick fix, add this to your main stylesheet:
.rwd-arrows { /* fixes the nav arrows in new style type 3 lightbox */ z-index: 9999999 !important; position: relative !important; }
Pretty sure this will be fixed in a new release, but thanks again to Huge-IT for being pro-active.

In reply to: [Custom User Profile Photo] Warning: trim() expects parameter 1I am getting this too. Running on WP 4.7.3 with PHP 5.6.20. It’s not an option to upgrade to PHP 7 at the moment.
