To be able to set an item unpurchasable for Saturday 9 PM to Sunday 10PM, you need to take actions:
_ Action 1: Unpurchasable weekly on every Saturday – Daily time range: 21:00 – 23:59
_ Action 2: Unpurchasable weekly on every Sunday – Daily time range: 00:00-22:00

Your issue is caused by not filling in “Maximum number” in the setting page of WPC Product Quantity plugin, so the default maximum number will be “0” and when product is added to cart it displays “You can’t add more than 0 “product name is here” to the cart.”

To deal with it, you need Go to the setting page of WPC Product Quantity plugin and Fill in both “Min” and “Max” number.
