Thanks for the reply. Maybe I’m not seeing it because the orders are completed? I see in your screenshots that a cancel button is only active for orders that are pending/processing? Does your plugin have the option to cancel a completed order?
For example, say a site delivers a monthly gift basket but the subscriber wants to cancel after the 3rd month. Can your plugin give the option to cancel the order and send an email to the administrator? There’s a need to be able to cancel an order after it’s “completed.”
