Sorry for the delay, The above issue for localhost. I know you are talking about 755 permission level. Permission changing in online is very easy by using filezial. But in localhost, I don’t know how to change, but I try some video tutorial but no use. I am using Windows 8.1. Xampp. I need your support to solve this issue.
