IT was the problem with database, it got resolved by manually renaming the database tables to uppercase.

Sorry for the incomplete info, Actually i need two things. one selection box with some values,and submit button. If we select one value and submit, it should show some particular pages. so corresponding to the values in the selection box we having a page. if we choose one value and submit it should go some particular page. is it possible?

Thank you for your replay. i got it. And also i wish to display the login credentials in my header. if one user is logged in, then it should display logout otherwise login. how can i edit these things?
