the file https://www.lotusrestaurant.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-ecommerce-shop-styling/js/editor.js.php really seems to be inaccessible (Error 403). Could you please have a look at the file permissions? Maybe the file is only readble by the owner.

Using the WooCommerce extension is not intended to turn off for WooCommerce emails.
I created the extension to create individual templates for WooCommerce Emails.
Nevertheless if you want to disable WP HTML Mail for your WooCmmerce mails you can also do this with the WooCommerce extension

I’d be very surprised if your solution works, because it’s technically wrong.
I’ll explain:
$form_id = explode('-', $list_form)[1];
$list_form is a variable containing the list_id and the form_id separated by a ‘-‘.
Explode splits this variable into an array and [1] takes the second part of this array.
Your solution takes the [1] of a string. This shouldn’t be possible and can’t give the correct result.
I’ll release a compatibility update in the next days.

I understand what you want to do but unfortunately the shop styling plugin relies on some computations, that are only available in the cart and will be deleted after checkout.

You can’t generate invoices for orders sent before the shop styling plugin was installed, because the invoice needs data from the shopping cart.
