I have found a way to resolve the issue. I simple reinstalled Jetpack and reconnected it to my website. It seems the old activation had expired.

Yes I have spoken to my hosting company and they don’t seem to know what the problem is. I highly doubt it is a user access issue. Because I have given all privileges to the user in PHPMyAdmin. Right now, I can no longer even access the Wp-admin login page. It goes straight to error 404.
