The server it’s running on does need a PHP update. Would that cause this?

Host was able to implement option 1 and all is well.

This is not working for me. For awhile I was getting a “Forbidden 403” message when I tried to update the email adress. Now, I the page reloads to a 404 page when I try to add another email.

Thanks! It was the settings in PayPal that were overridding Woocommerce. I wasn’t aware that shipping had been set up within PayPal. It was done prior to me working on this project.

I called PayPal before I posted here and the tech support rep pushed it back on Woocommerce as if if there was no way it had to do with PayPal. Wrong.

I can build out the form on a third party and then embed it in WP.

Ok, this may be more trouble than it’s worth. I can build out a regular form faily easily and use that.

I disabled all other plug-ins and still nothing happened on the form submission.
